Delmonico Steak (16oz)
Coined by the world-famous Delmonico’s Restaurant in New York during the 1800’s, Delmonico steaks are cut from boneless cap-on ribeye. The Delmonico is famous for both flavor and tenderness due to extensive marbling. Ours are cut one and a quarter inch thick, and come from only the top two percent of choice graded beef or higher. Extremely forgiving and perfect on the grill.
