  • 2# BAG FROZEN CenSea peeled and deveined 24-30 ct. Shrimp
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Lemons, zested and juiced
  • Fresh Parsley (Bonus Points but SO worth it!)
  • Ground Parmesan (If you use fresh, pulse it in your food processor until it’s fine.) 

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375.

Lay out fully thawed shrimp with tails out in an 11x17 dish.

Melt butter and add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add lemon juice zest, and whisk until emulsified. Add parsley and parmesan, and pour over shrimp.

Bake at 375 for 11 minutes or until shrimp is opaque throughout.

Serve over rice or angel hair pasta.
