The Butcher’s Wife’s Horseradish Sauce for Beef

Yields1 Serving

 ½ cup Sour Cream
 ½ cup Mayonnaise
 ½ cup Prepared Horseradish
 1 tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
 ½ Lemon (juiced)
 1 dash Worcestershire
 ¼ tsp Kosher salt
 ¼ tsp Freshly ground black pepper
 Hot sauce to taste (optional)

Mix all ingredients together a few hours before serving


Serve with any beef or roast beef sandwich.
