Thank you for visiting and shopping at Maxbauer. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. To minimize shipments sitting in transit over the weekend, our team processes and ships order Monday through Wednesday.

If Maxbauer is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, a Maxbauer team member will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, or international addresses.

Due to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, and seasonality, FedEx delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Please note: You should have someone available to receive, open, and properly store your Maxbauer order. Maxbauer boxes are labeled perishable and Maxbauer is not liable for orders who do not have a receiver to accept the order.

 

Return Policy

It is the Maxbauer promise to bring you high-quality meats, delivered to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our products, Maxbauer is unable to offer the returns or replacement of items. However, exceptions will be made based on the situation and an order may be corrected or refunded based on Maxbauer’s discretion. If you feel your order applies to this exception, please contact the leadership team at office@maxbauers.com with your order number.
