Korean Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Our homemade Korean Marinade has quickly become a customer favorite. Slightly sweet with a little punch, try this to jazz up your grill. As lean as a chicken breast and cooks the same – AKA perfect every time. Recommended at 400* for approximately 25 minutes. Should be pink in the middle and cooked to 138 for medium.
1 Pork Tenderloin – Approx. 14-18 ounces
Ingredients: Pork, cane vinegar, scallions, hot pepper, salt, black pepper, all spice, citric acid
