HOMEMADE CORNED BEEF EYE OF ROUND
Maxbauer’s Homemade Corned Beef is made with only the leanest cut of eye of round beef and is “pumped” only about 20% (unlike others who pump up to 40%!). Cook in your Dutch oven, Crock pot, Instant Pot, or roast. Being leaner, this cut takes less time to cook. Available in two sizes: whole (5-6# average) and half (2-3# average).
Fun tip: If you like smoking meat, slice into 1″ slices and cut into jerky strips to make your own homemade Corned Beef Jerky on your home smoker!
HOMEMADE CORNED BEEF BRISKET
For those who are looking for a cut of beef with higher fat content (that melts away while cooking) and requires low and slow cooking.
4-5 # average
HOMEMADE REUBEN BRATWURST
A fully-cooked gourmet brat made with corned beef, lean pork, sauerkraut and swiss cheese.
Use a rye brat bun and top with sauerkraut and swiss cheese – wha la!
4 brats to 1#
HOMEMADE IRISH SODA BREAD
A St. Patrick’s Day (and every day…) favorite around Maxbauer!
A must try that pairs perfect with your corned beef and cabbage meal…or any time of day.
GUINNESS DRAUGHT STOUT
Guinness Draught Stout is the original nitrogen-infused beer. Although to the uninitiated, it can look dark and heavy, it actually tastes deliciously light and smooth, swirling with notes of roasted barley, caramel, coffee and chocolate.

SMITHWICKS RED ALE
The distinctive Ruby Red colour makes it unmistakably Smithwick’s. Clear beer with a rich ruby red color and creamy head. Refreshing and clean, with a gentle balance of bitterness from hops, sweetness from ale malts and a hint of coffee from the roasted barley.
