HOMEMADE CORNED BEEF EYE OF ROUND

Maxbauer’s Homemade Corned Beef is made with only the leanest cut of eye of round beef and is “pumped” only about 20% (unlike others who pump up to 40%!). Cook in your Dutch oven, Crock pot, Instant Pot, or roast. Being leaner, this cut takes less time to cook. Available in two sizes: whole (6# average) and half (3# average).

Fun tip: If you like smoking meat, slice into 1″ slices and cut into jerky strips to make your own homemade Corned Beef Jerky on your home smoker!
